introduce Think About Life and give a brief history:
The band was first formed by Graham Van Pelt (the albino, vocals,
guitar,keys)
and Matt Shane ( the hipster , humandrum
machine) who were basically living together at what use to
be known as the electric tractor. The dudes jammed together and
came up with some awesome overdriven tunes. Then they called up
some other dude who they didnt know that well to sing on their
awesome
ovrdriven tunes , his name
was Martin Cesar ( the black guy , vocals ) and they instantly
clicked. And they were a band. That was back in the summer of
2005 and now its spring 2007. A lot of shit has gone down. Another
dude joined the band , Brendan Reed ( the other red head , bass
,percussion and shit has been awesome..
2. What does Think About Life mean to you?
Hanging out with the dudes , talk about music , talk about babes
, make awesome tunes . LOVING IT !!!
3. What are some things you try to communicate through your
music?
The ultimate power of the universe, love , respect and happiness..
No Hippy Business. Pure U.N Peace Conference from the 25th Century.
4. What inspires you as a band?
Beautiful babes , beautiful babes with beautiful eyes. Sweet summer
air . Long johns and sweat.
5. What is your musical background? When did punk rock/indie/whatever
come into play?
We all got here through different musical pipes but we all love
what is REAL. The REAL PIPE. Its a musical pipe with all sorts
of REAL stuff flowing into it. Dude, we all love music and live
it.
P.S: The spice girls are a big influence on me personaly (
Martin ) and they're totally REAL.
6. Any interesting tour/road stories?
Ohhh yeeahh. Mutha Fucking time we endded up in some canyon/desert
area near utah. It was magical. We connected on that day. Fo real.
Shyt was REAL and not crazy.And then on that same day
7. What's your favourite dance party song?
Wannabe - Spice Girls.
8. What can we expect from you in the future?
Lets see, we're presently touring east coast canada then we fly
for Japan in early May for a couple of shows and then Europe in
mid-may to make a whole lot of nice white colored skin kids happy.
We're releasing our first E.P this summer. Should be awesome.
We are officialy very stoked for everything.
