Braindead was a short lived hardcore punk band who were active in Charlottetown during 2007. The band played a few shows and recorded a demo. Unfortunately they broke up before it was released. "Our goal was to bring some sort of hardcore to the small PEI music scene and I like to think we did even with our short existance. These are four of the five songs we ever actually wrote, the fifth one was never recorded and I assume Ira is the only one who remembers how it goes. After recording this we had our differences and played one show and never really ever jammed again... we had fun though and it gave us something to do and spend our money on. - Calvin
